บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังของเครือข่ายร้านณิชาสไตล์แบบออนไลน์ และเพื่อลดขั้นตอน ลดเวลา และลดต้นทุนการตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังแบบเดิมซึ่งใช้การโทรศัพท์ไปยังสาขาอื่นใน เครือข่าย เนื่องจากปัจจุบันกระบวนการทางธุรกิจมีขั้นตอนการรับคําส่ังซื้อ ตรวจสอบสินค้าคงคลังของร้านในเครือข่าย มีหลายขั้นตอน และเสียต้นทุนโดยไม่ใช่เหตุจากการตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้า งานวิจัยจึงได้ประยุกต์ใช้ระบบกูเกิลแอพชีท ในการสร้างฐานข้อมูลสินค้า และใช้เอ็กซ์เซลชีทในการเก็บข้อมูลสินค้าแบบออนไลน์ เพื่อการตรวจสอบสินค้าได้ทุก สาขาในเครือข่าย และสามารถตัดสต๊อกสินค้าในสาขาท่ีได้รับการยืนยันได้ทันทีพร้อมท้ังปรับกระบวนการทางธุรกิจให้ สาขาที่ได้รับการยืนยันสามารถจัดส่งสินค้าตามคําสั่งซื้อในระบบออนไลน์ได้ ทําให้เครือข่ายร้านณิชาสไตล์สามารถลด ขั้นตอน ลดเวลา และลดต้นทุนการตรวจสอบสินค้าได้ปีละ 2,920 บาท และงานวิจัยได้ใช้แบบสอบถามในการประเมิน ระบบ พบว่าพนักงานในเครือข่ายของร้านณิชาสไตล์ได้ใช้ระบบแล้วมีความสะดวกโดยระบบได้คะแนนความพึงพอใจ ร้อยละ 80

Abstract

        This research aims to develop an online inventory monitoring system for Nicha style shop network and to simplify the process, time, and cost of traditional inventory checks that use phone calls to other branches in the network. Since the current business process has an order acceptance step. Checking the inventory of stores in the network has several steps and lose costs for checking stock. The research therefore applied the Google App Sheet system to create a product database and use excel sheet to store product data online for inspection of products in every branch in the network and can immediately cut stock in the confirmed branch, as well as adjust business processes so that the confirmed branch can deliver products according to online orders. This allows the Nicha Style shop network to reduce steps, time, and product inspection costs by 2,920 baht per year. And the research used questionnaires to evaluate the system. It was found that employees in the network of Nicha Style Shops used the system with ease, with the system receiving a satisfaction score of 80 percent.
